Product Receiving and Reporting

If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to us via email at within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by an image of the damaged product and an Unboxing video.

Return and Replacement Guidelines:

  1. Wrong order (issues related to incorrect product)
  2. Deviates from the website description.
  3. Missing parts/accessories (report within 48 hours of delivery via email to with an Unboxing video.)
  4. Product is damaged/defective (report within 48 hours of delivery via email to with an image of the damaged product and Unboxing video.)
  5. No returns or refunds for dissatisfaction or lack of knowledge about machine use.
  6. Refusal to accept delivery incurs non-refundable shipping and shipment charges.

Return Conditions:

  1. All items for return or exchange must be unused, in original condition with labels and packaging intact.
  2. Exchanges permitted only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  3. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products accepted.
  4. All items must be returned with price tags, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
  5. Invoice availability is necessary.
  6. Non-returnable products include spare parts, accessories and extension.
  7. Customer must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order for returns. For defective or damaged products, inform us within 48 hours via email at

Return Process:

  1. Customer informs us within 48 hours with Order ID and Unboxing video.
  2. Product must be unused, unaltered, and unsoiled.
  3. Invoice should be available.
  4. Reverse pickup request initiated, and product collected within 48 business hours.
  5. Customer packs the product with brand packing and pastes the invoice on it.
  6. Product handed over to the courier boy.
  7. Once picked up, the product is sent to us by the courier partner.
  8. Quality check takes 3 business days.
  9. If product is damaged/defective, replacement arranged based on availability.
  10. In some cases, customer sends the product via India post after raising a reverse pickup request.
  11. If discrepancies found after re-shipment, customer bears courier charges for re-shipment.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund approval takes 7-15 business days.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund is credited to the same account.
  • Customer provides details for online transactions at
  • Refund processed in 7 business days, reflects in the account in 7-15 business days.
  • Check with the bank/issuer regarding EMI terms and interest charges.
